- You must inform us about your return within 7 days from the date of delivery and the product should reach us in 30 days.
- If the product you receive is damaged or not up to your quality expectations, drop in a return request. We will arrange a reverse pickup of it from your address.
- The product should be returned as it was delivered without damaging the product quality or usability.
- The shipping address of Kashmir-Kesar.com should be clearly mentioned on the package to be returned.
- Quantity once ordered can’t be changed on the arrival of the package.
- Your money will be immediately refunded on the safe arrival of the parcel you returned to us and you can expect the refund payment within 24 hours from the time we receive your parcel.
In these rare scenario, your returns are not accepted:

If you wish to cancel your order with us please note:
- The order can only be cancelled if and only if, it has not already been shipped.
- If the order has been paid for through a credit card or net banking and has not yet been shipped, we will refund the order in full amount.
